How long is the lease for?
The lease terms for each room are for 1 full calendar year.
Where can I do my laundry?
There is on-site laundry available through the basement. Please be mindful and courteous to other guests in the house.
How do I go about paying rent?
Rent can be paid via checks through mail or Venmo.
Can I smoke in my room?
No, smoking is prohibited on the premises. If you need to smoke, please do so off-site.
Am I allowed to bring a pet?
There are no pets allowed on the premises.
